Join this 1-hour introductory training designed for any helper/healer professional (e.g. therapists, medical professionals, teachers, caregivers) interested in integrating Nature-Based Therapy into their professional practice regardless of setting. This training will further define what is Nature-Based Therapy and explore how Nature can support attunement, reduce shame and judgment, and deepen connection through validation and normalization. Participants will learn simple, ethical ways to professionally collaborate with Nature in the therapeutic process that is client centered and focused on supporting mental health outcomes. Resources will be provided on how to further deepen your professional relationship with Nature that promote more sustainable and restorative practices.
