At Grow With Nature, we recognize that life happens and plans can change. The following policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and transfers are managed for all classes, workshops, and continuing education (CE) trainings, whether held virtually or in person.

Registration and Payment

• Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

• Class sizes are intentionally limited to create an interactive and supportive learning environment.

• Registration is confirmed once payment has been processed.

Non-Refundable Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable. Your payment reserves your seat and allows us to plan for materials, staffing, and location costs in advance.

Transfer and Credit Option

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class or training, you may transfer your registration to a future Grow With Nature offering under the following conditions:

• You provide at least one (1) week’s notice prior to the start date of your class.

• The credit must be used toward another Grow With Nature class or training within 12 months of your original cancellation date.

• Credits are non-transferable to other individuals.

To request a transfer, please email info@growwithnature.org with your name, class title, and the date of the training you are unable to attend.

Cancellations by Grow With Nature

If Grow With Nature cancels or reschedules a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, severe weather, or low enrollment):

• You will be offered the option to transfer to a future session or receive a full refund of your registration fee.

• Notification will be provided via email as soon as possible.

Attendance and Continuing Education Credit

For CE trainings approved by NASW, NBCC, or other accrediting bodies:

• Full attendance is required to receive CE credit or a certificate of completion.

• Partial credit cannot be awarded for missed time, late arrivals, or early departures per continuing education regulations.

• Certificates will be emailed within a specified period following verification of full attendance and completion of any post-training requirements (e.g., evaluations).

• Refunds or credits will not be issued for participants who attend partially or fail to meet CE eligibility requirements.

No-Shows

Participants who do not attend their scheduled class without providing notice are considered no-shows and will forfeit all registration fees.

No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit transfer.

Technology & Access (Virtual Events)

For online or hybrid trainings:

• Please ensure your internet connection, camera, and audio meet the requirements for participation.

• Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed attendance due to technical issues on the participant’s end.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
